These are probably some of my favorite shots of all time. This series is in a nice frame at my mother's house, and are the only photos of mine I've actually bothered to frame (although that will change soon).

These were shot for the final project for the first photo class I ever took in college about two years ago. The assignment was to create a "music video" of stills for a song. In my case, these were shot to Cake's "The Distance". Over a period of 2 days, my friend Jay and I (that's his Audi, he's a little bit of an... enthusiast) went out and drove around with his car. Over all, I shot about 13 rolls of film and bought him a sushi dinner in return for helping me. I may post all of the photos in order in the future.

These photos were shot on ISO 800 negative (cheap drug store) film and cross-processed with E6 (pro slide film) chemistry to produce a positive image. The result was very unnatural colors and lots and lots of grain.
